Yesterday Timmy attended his first UF Florida Gator football game. My hubby graduated from UF and although we are not season ticket holders we were able to get tickets for the game. His good friend, Martin graduated from The Citadel, so the game was between the two and Martin and his family met them before game to do a bit of "tailgating". I wasn't able to attend because my mom had a family gathering at her sister's home and all of us were invited, but I couldn't get off the hook and decided best honor my mom's wishes.
Sarah was able to go down near the field at end of game and "high five" her hero, the quarterback, Tim Tebow. That's an equivalent of her meeting a Jonas Brother, probably greater than that as she really likes him! And for those who didn't read this before in my blog, Timmy is named after Tim Tebow. His family calls him Timmy.Sarah took the pic of Tim, #15, but it's not so clear as she took the pic and was probably so excited she couldn't keep the camera still. :-)
Next time we go to a gator game I told Duane not to tell Timmy until the night before, because he was so hyped up all week long!

that is so cool! I would be screaming if I was her-not that I I like Timmy #15 but I remember being that age and all.
Oh how fun!!! My oldest daughter thinks Tebow is hot. :-) She would be jealous to read this post. Maybe I won't tell her.
